Spray Tracer™, a colorant developed primarily for spot spraying of herbicides, was Becker Underwood’s very first product. From this promising beginning, the company has developed an ever-growing line of unique agricultural products with a wide variety of applications. As the science of crop production continues to evolve, so does our innovative lineup of agricultural products.
The main objective is to help today’s growers with more precise, efficient applications. That’s why Becker Underwood produces specialty products like All-Weather Foam Concentrate for marking spray applications, and Foam Dye™ colorant for improving foam visibility. When spray applications are completed, Neutralize™ Tank Cleaner cleans tanks and renders residue inert. Becker Underwood also offers an extensive line of anti-foaming agents, ag marking colorants, and specialized products like Tree Guard® Deer Repellent to safely protect young citrus seedlings and other newly planted orchard crops from deer damage.
Becker Underwood’s Sequestrene® brand of chelated iron is important to plant health and crop development, especially for citrus and vegetables, which can be damaged by iron deficiency. Sequestrene® 330, a 10% fully chelated DTPA iron, and Sequestrene® 138, a 6% fully chelated EDDHA iron, are both highly regarded products for agricultural applications. The Sequestrene® products were acquired from Novartis in 1998.
