IMPACT™ improves the wetting, spreading and contact activity of pesticide products
and their applications.
IMPACT promotes more uniform coverage of spray mixtures on plant leaf surfaces without excessive runoff. Selective and non-selective herbicides may be applied more effectively with the use of IMPACT spreader sticker. Herbicides containing phenoxy and methanearsonate compounds are found to have greater activity on hard-to-wet vegetation when used with a spreader sticker.
IMPACT reduces the water-tension of spray solutions so that insecticides and fungicides are more easily applied in direct contact with the pest or pathogen.
IMPACT also acts as a soil penetrant to help products that require sufficient wetting
to move more readily through organic layers of thatch, and into impermeable and
hard-to-wet soils.
