Nemasys® G contains Heterorhabditis species nematodes, including a patent protected species with proven efficacy against the problematic European chafer (Rhizotrogus majalis). Nemasys® G is the only product available in Canada with proven efficacy. In Europe, Nemasys® G is highly successful against the most common pest, the garden chafer (Phyllopertha horticola).

How Nemasys® G works
Nemasys® G contains nematodes in their vigorously infective stage. These nematodes attack pest larvae by entering their natural body openings. Once inside, they release symbiotic bacteria that quickly kill the insect. Reproduction inside the insect releases a new generation of hungry infective juveniles which disperse in search of further prey.
