Nemasys® H controls vine weevils in a range of crops including shrubs, perennial flowers, ornamental trees, strawberries, raspberries and blackcurrants.
Nemasys® H contains a unique insect parasitic nematode (Heterorhabditis megidis) which is highly active in seeking out pest larvae in the soil. Benefits include;

How Nemasys® H works
Nemasys® H contains nematodes in their vigorously infective stage. These nematodes attack pest larvae by entering their natural body openings. Once inside, they release symbiotic bacteria that quickly kill the insect. Reproduction inside the insect releases a new generation of hungry infective juveniles which disperse in search of further prey. Infected pest larvae turn a characteristic red colour, providing easy identification of activity.
