Termitafoam 2 rates will vary depending upon pesticide and foaming machines used. Expanded foam will normally last one to two hours prior to "draining" away.

Concrete Sub-Slab Foaming Rate: 3/4-2 oz. Termitafoam to 1 gallon water/pesticide solution. A "wet" foam is desired for sub-slab applications to adequately saturate the soil.

Dry Wall or Above Ground Foaming Rate: 4-6 oz. Termitafoam to 1 gallon water/pesticide solution. Dry wall foam should be light, dry, and maintain direct contact with the wood to ensure maximum absorption.

Helpful Hints:

ï For best results, use soft water with a neutral pH.

ï A "test wall" with a plexiglass covering is a good training aid to teach proper

application skills.

ï 1 cubic foot equals 7.5 gallons of expanded foam.

ï Contact Becker Underwood at 800-232-5907 for specific termiticide/foam expansion

rates.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS 1) Fill foam tank 1/4 - 1/2 full with water; 2) Add pesticide; 3) Add Termitafoam 2. 4) Complete filling of foam tank with water and mix for at least 1 minute (Unless otherwise specified by a pesticide manufacturer, use the listed mixing order).

If expanded foam is runny and thin:

1) Check hose connections for proper air mixing; 2) Check Termitafoam 2 rate mixed; 3) Adjust Termitafoam rates upward.

Users must calibrate and test their application equipment to determine exact foam dilution rates, expansion volumes, and application coverage. Applicators should check ppm distribution or wood structure absorption to determine if pesticide label rates have been achieved. A registered product containing Diatomaceous earth may be applied with Termitafoam 2.

CAUTION:

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If in eyes, flush with water and contact physician. If swallowed, DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Contact physician immediately.
